Login & password reset issues

I can't log in

  1. 1Check that you're using the exact email address you registered with — including correct capitalisation.
  2. 2Make sure Caps Lock is off when entering your password.
  3. 3Try the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password.
  4. 4Clear your browser cache and try again.
  5. 5If you registered via the quiz, confirm you completed the Registration step (setting a password) — some users complete the quiz but don't reach this step.

I didn't receive the password reset email

  1. 1Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
  2. 2Ensure you entered the correct email address.
  3. 3Wait 5 minutes — delivery can occasionally be delayed.
  4. 4If it still hasn't arrived, email info@astrodiac.app and we'll reset it manually.

My reset link has expired

Password reset links are valid for 1 hour. If yours has expired, return to the Login screen, tap "Forgot Password" again, and request a new link.

I'm being redirected to /welcome instead of /dashboard

This means you're not logged in (or your session has expired). Log in with your email and password. If you don't remember your password, use the forgot-password flow.

If problems persist after trying all steps above, email info@astrodiac.app with your account email address and a description of what's happening.
