Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Here is our refund policy.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscription charges are refundable within 7 days of purchase if you haven't made significant use of the premium features. To request a refund, email info@astrodiac.app with your account email and the reason for your request.

Lifetime Access

Lifetime Access purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase.

eBooks

Digital eBook purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll review your case.

How to request a refund

  1. 1Email info@astrodiac.app with subject: "Refund Request".
  2. 2Include your account email address and the item(s) you'd like refunded.
  3. 3Include your purchase date if possible.
  4. 4We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
