How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app. Cancellation stops future charges but does not issue a refund for the current billing period — you retain access until the period ends.

Steps

1. 1Open the app and go to Settings.
2. 2Under "Account Settings", tap "Cancel subscription".
3. 3Review the cancellation details and confirm.
4. 4You'll receive a confirmation email. Keep it for your records.

What happens after cancellation?

Your account and all content remain accessible until the end of your current paid billing period. After that, your account reverts to a free state with limited access. Your profile and data are not deleted.
