How to delete your account

Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. All your data — profile, birth chart, compatibility history, and purchased content — will be erased.

Before you delete

1. 1If you have an active subscription, cancel it first to avoid further charges (Settings → "Cancel subscription").
2. 2Download or note any content you want to keep — deletion cannot be undone.

Steps to delete

1. 1Go to Settings → "Delete my account".
2. 2Read the confirmation warning.
3. 3Type the required confirmation phrase and tap "Delete Account Permanently".
4. 4Your account and all data will be deleted within 24 hours.
