How to change your password

From inside the app (while logged in)

  1. 1Go to Settings → "Change password".
  2. 2Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
  3. 3Tap "Update Password".

If you're locked out (forgot password)

  1. 1On the Login screen, tap "Forgot Password".
  2. 2Enter your account email address.
  3. 3Check your inbox for a password reset link.
  4. 4Click the link and enter a new password.
  5. 5Log in with your new password.

Password reset links expire after 1 hour. If yours has expired, request a new one from the login screen.
